BLACK STARS VRS SOCCEROOS

The Black stars of ghana played the socceroos of Australia this morning in an international friendly at the sydney international stadium in Australia.The black stars lost a whole number of key players due to injury.It is the stars second lose in a row and this may have an effect on the team in the next FIFA ranking in june.
The skipper of the side who missed the entire nations cup in ghana is still not fit to feature for the stars and this is still affecting the stars.Again,ghana's midfield bulldozer-Michal Essien also failed to feature for the stars due to the champions league encounter against manchester 48 hours ago and he will be featuring in ghana's world cup qualifier against Libya at the Baba yara sports stadium on june 1st 2008.
Ghana's second FA cup winner after Essien,Sule Muntari also missed the friendly due to the injury he sustained in the FA cup final over the weekend.Still on injury,the Gyan brothers,Has adu Sarpei,Quincy Owusu Abeyie,Richard Olele Kingston to mention but a few were all missing in the thick of affairs due to injuries.And so you see clearly that the ghanaian team lacked a whole lot of key players.
The technical bench of the stars was also affected as the out going coach of the stars,Claud Leroy was no where to be found at the bench.but kudos to the local coach Sellas Tetteh for that wonderfull performance.
No wonder the team lost by a lone goal which was conceded early in the second half due defensive blunder.
To my point of view,i think the black stars played marvelously well because i really underated them.To John Mensah,Laryeah Kingston,Dramani Haminu,John Paintsil,Junior Manuel Agogo,Anthony Pablo Annan and the newly called players,i say welldone and better luck next time.
My message to the entire nation is,never lose trust in the team,we still have a future.And eventhough we lost the game,i think we wrere not as disappointed as the ghana-mexico game.Lets keep the love alive and pray for the better future.
DRAMANI IS SIMPLY UNSTOPABLE. I REALL LOVE HIM.
