ABDUL BASIT MOHAMMED - A PLAYER TO WATCH

Abdul Basit Muhammed is a new sensation in the local premiership.He is a young talented footballer who started his career way back in 2000 when he represented the brong ahafo region in the under 12 national soccer and table tennis tournament held in Accra.
As a rising star,he was good in football and other games such as table tennis,basketball and athletics.Been the brong ahafo representative in table tennis,he won a bronze medal for the region and also contributed a lot in the soccer team which won the 3rd place.
Two years later,he was nominated as the overall best player of the under 12 side which won him a return ticket to south Africa including 16 other team mates which represented Ghana in the all African youth championship in 2002.
He became the hottest player which led to many division team trying to lobby him for the future.And as early as he was 15,he was signed by Techiman Roven Rovers and contributed to the teams outstanding perfomance in the 2005 middle league.Even though,they couldn't make it at thier first attempt,his superb goals and assists earned him a call up to play for Secondi Hassacas in the 2006 onetouch knockout.
In 2006,he was signed by Coach Hans van der Pluym to play for Kpando Hearts of Lions.Currently,he is playing for Bechem chelsea who atre the new entrants in the prmiership.
